Hi, I ordered a pay as you go SIM card with 20GB data, received it today and it says 8GB data can you help me pls. Thank you.

I can absolutely understand your confusion. This SIM is an 8GB SIM that comes with 12GB free for 6 months, which may be why you're seeing the initial 8GB now. I'd recommend reaching out to our Pay As You Go team, and they will be able to make sure this is all set up for you.

Look in your online MyEE Add-ons for the other 12GB. Sometimes it doesn't kick in until you have exhausted the normal ration.
