Hi
I'm abroad and roaming is on apparently, it was perfectly okay at least till March 2022.
Recently just noticed I can't receive/send texts + unable to make calls.
I cannot call EE and there is no chat support for EE. Any way this can be fixed?

I reckon you've lost it completely but try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

@anhdam : In what way is it working? What can it do? You told us what it can't do.
Is it on contract or PAYG?

The signal is available on the SIM roaming but basically isolated from calls texts and voicemail. It is PAYG.

@anhdam : Last known use of a PAYG SIM over 9 months ago, eh? That figures! You could well have completely lost use of it.
Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.
When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

It was March 2022 for chargeable action. My number still shows as active when I open the app.
The problem is I cannot call EE or chat/email with them to activate it?
