I have converted my contract to pay as yu go the agent forgot to activate the roaming option I am abroad cannot receive or make calls pathetic
tried contact on the messaging system hope it’s will be done at time poor service and wait time hours

No the period expired when I was abroad and still out of uk no solution I guess just need to switch to a better company O2 I guess

Not used in uk but the agents advised otherwise it pay ad yu will be activated in 24 hrs nothing of the sort you are suggesting must have used it in uk ?pretty frustrating to say the least incompetent bunch at EE !

Well, as you left UK before the SIM could be converted to PAYG, you never had any opportunity to use it on EE's home UK network. So you can't now use it until you return to UK. EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad.
Your issue is unresolvable until you return to UK.
All suggestions you've been given here have been the same as I just stated & therefore, again, cannot be made to work while you are abroad.

Thanks. misguided by the. EE agents shows incompetency i clearly told him that I was abroad they should have guided me ! Test in piece EE
