why has my contract payg changed

why has my contract changed i used to be on 40 GB with £10 plus £5 discount added to my account , now its gone up to 125GB with no discount added. i did not request this change, and not been informed of any change so have i missed something, who do i contact to get this changed back to what it was before. thanks.
