Hi,
This is Ajit. Last month I removed my card details from my account as I was not interested to buy 15gbp pack further. Last 23 August there was no enough credit my bank account and deduction was unsuccessful. Actually I am not interested to continue the 15 GBP pack. Therefore, I deleted my card details from my EE acvount. But you the authority how can deduct 15 gbp from my card? Is the card details is stored to you? If so, then please remove my card details and refund my 15 GBP. Thanks in advanced
Ajit

You'll need to discuss that with CS but I'd doubt it.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

@ajit22 : To stop the recurring card payment you need to text STOP REC to 150.
Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

I just told you how to stop using your card for paying for your pack.
PAYG credit is not refundable or transferable, except for the 1st unspent top-up.

I have already sent STOP REC to 150 and EE replied that " you don't
currently have a recurring top up set up, if you would like to set one up
reply with REC". After getting this sms I thought that recurring was
stopped. But why you deduct my money I'm astonished. Would you please help
me to refund me.
