Hi,
This is Ajit. Last month I removed my card details from my account as I was not interested to buy 15gbp pack further. Last 23 August there was no enough credit my bank account and deduction was unsuccessful. Actually I am not interested to continue the 15 GBP pack. Therefore, I deleted my card details from my EE acvount. But you the authority how can deduct 15 gbp from my card? Is the card details is stored to you? If so, then please remove my card details and refund my 15 GBP. Thanks in advanced
Ajit

As you don't have a direct recurring card payment you must have set up an ad-hoc card payment. So from your online MyEE go to Menu > A/C Settings > Manage your cards & remove it.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

As you now have neither a direct recurring card payment set up nor any card recorded to your a/c you are no danger of EE deducting any money from your a/c.
To be doubly sure you could text STOP PACK to 150 to stop your £15 pack ever recurring.

You'll need to discuss that with CS but I'd doubt it.
