Hi. Last night I tried to add on more data until my allowance renews on the 26th. I did eventually manage to buy 15gb of data after trying for a long time. However, I was charged £10 to renew my 30gb monthly date yet this never updated and the old plan is still going to continue on the 26th. I would like to be refunded the £10 as I have paid for something that I never received. Thanks.

This is not customer service and there is no account access, you would have to speak to customer service, but generally pay as you go payments are non-refundable.
If it is a monthly re-occurring payment, you would have to text to stop it, you may want to take a look here:
