Please refund me the money, my pack was not working how to contact people or customer service

@djphotographer   If you have purchased a pack and it’s not working have you tried restarting the device

PAYG isn’t advertised as having 5G that was your assumption.

If you want to speak with customer service then you’ll need to call them on 150 from an EE device

Where are you?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Only call? Nobody is here? Nobody is on chat?

Plenty are here but this isn't CS but a user discussion forum.

You were asked Qs which those who are here might have helped you with but you never responded.

@djphotographer - EE's PAYG has never had 5G available; only 4G available at the moment for PAYG.
