I live abroad, I topped my phone only to discover that my EE phone number is not activated.  How can I get it re-active.  I have no means of getting hold of EE via phone.  It is impossible to get help through the main website.  It is a Pay as you go SIM.

would be so grateful for getting this ressoved.  Currently EE has £15 of my money which I cannot use!

@Hellonearth25 : Sounds like your PAYG SIM may have gone into hibernation due to non-use. If it has, topping-up now would be too late.

When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

How can I get re-activated.  What do I need to do?  Its too late to make a chargeable action, as the number no longer works.

If it's between 6 & 9 months idle you need to call CS to reactivate it.
