Re: Why is the EE website so difficult to use?

I phoned ee and all they do is try to sell a contract or pay monthly plan. I can only assume ee make it hard for pay and go to try to force us to contract. The whole system is flawed. I’ve used up all my data and I want to get add ons to boost it again but I can’t for the life of me find out how to do it.
