I stopped my £10 recurring pack so I could get a £15 one and soon as I added a £15 voucher it took £10 and started the one I had just stopped

@Addy88 : Then you never stopped your £10 pack. Your should've texted STOP PACK to 150, then topped-up & then texted PACK15 to 150.
