Could you confirm if you are using a VPN?
Are you able to try topping up with another card?

Hi Katie,
I tried Firefox and Safari and nothing was shown under the "additional payer..." text.
I didn't use a VPN and I am trying to repurchase a subscription/plan for my PAYG account since I was away for two months.
What would you suggest?

Hi Katie,
I have been using auto payment for my PAYE subscription until April 2024 because I did not have enough credit. I would like to resume the monthly PAYE subscription with auto payment, but it's not successful.
