I've got the same issue. I topped up last night. My account says I have £10, when I text now it tells me I need to top up but I have. It's extremely frustrating and important I have my pack because of my health conditions I requite to keep in contact with people and for my hospital and doctors so without my pack I'm in a lot of trouble.
