So... if I do not top-up after 30 days, do I lose the data (90GB) I have left?

Which plan do you have? You can view the plan details in your EE account if you need to check this. 

Could you text BALANCE to 150 and let us know the full reply?

Yes, you'll lose it all on 13 Apr. if you don't top-up & buy a new pack with it.
