Hi, does "use any of your UK allowance" mean that my phone is connects to a roaming network?
I live in Lativa and need my payasyougo card to work to receive SMS. So once roaming costs kick in in June, will the 2GBP payment be maid if i receive a call or make a call or recieve an sms? (my phone is always on, but is connected to wifi).
Really need to understand how the new charges are going to apply, as it is becoming quite costsly for me.

@AndyLat :
- No, it means if you make a call, send a text or use any data, not just connect to a roaming network. However, at the mo' it does not apply to PAYG, only contracts which the thread you 1st tagged onto was about.
- From 6 June you won't be charged for receiving a call or receiving an SMS but you will be charged the £2.50 for making any calls that day.
- Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
