Re: Roaming in France

Hello

I am on PAYG and see that this time last year there was no £2 roaming charge a day to use PAYG in France. Looking at the link this still seems to be the case?  Is that right?

Another question:

When it says 'allowance' does that mean my credit?

So does this mean I can use PAYG in France exactly the way I do in England?

Slightly different subject - can I order a second PAYG SIM card from EE as I am taking two phones?

Thank you, Sheila

@sheilacng :

  1. What link? The need for add-ons or paying a £2/day charge in the EU is only for contracts. It does not apply to PAYG. As yet EE haven't introduced any charges for PAYG users to use their UK allowances in the EU. EE has not yet announced if & when they may start. So you may continue to use your pack allowances in EU as before w/out charge.
  2. Your Allowances are the amount of mins, texts & calls that your plan allows you. For PAYG that's usually your Pack, which you may use anywhere in the EU.
  3. You may order as many PAYG SIMs as you like.

Thank you! By link I meant what you call the 'Roaming Tool.'

That is wonderful that PAYG still doesn't have the £2 charge.  I didn't quite believe it.

And I have worked out the difference between Credit,  Subscription Packs and Add-Ons, which I guess are all 'allowances'.

Hi I would like to add more data to my package

Hi @Jonesjustine472

Are you looking to add more data specifically to use abroad, or add more data permanently to your plan?
