Hello

I have just renewed my £15 pack where I was supposed to get 15 GB plus bonus 35 GB. However, my current internet data is showing only 2.1GB

Could you pls tell me how can I get my remaining data.

 Thank you

Hi @masrur510.

Welcome to the community.

Did you have some data remaining before you topped up?

Can you text BALANCE to 150 and let us know what you get back?

Jon

Thank you for your reply.

Initially, my data was showing 2.1 GB, but now it is showing 52 GB.

Thank you

Thanks for letting me know, @masrur510 🙂

@masrur510 : The extra 35GB kicks in as an add-on when you have used up the initial free 50MB data that it comes with.
