Hi yes it is I just can't find how to change my bank card details to buy a new pack .

@Pinkangel0404 : Are you paying for your packs with an auto Direct Card Payment or do you just top-up as & when with your bank card?

I’m having the same problem, cannot find the function to change my debit card details because I was issued a new card…So frustrating!

Hi @LawrenceVW

Have you tried making a payment or topping up with the new card in your My EE? Once you do this it should give you the option to save the card for future payments 🙂

Leanne.
