I’m struggling to top up data. So UN user friendly. I will be switching too. EE is absolutely useless! What a farce!

@Matt441  as this is a public forum  and your EE account you actually what to click My EE or just use the app. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
