Hello
I’m currently on a SIM only contract which the minimum 2 year term for this ends later this year. I’m looking at possibly transferring my number to a PAYG after this contract term ends. Would I need to call EE customer services to request this, or can this be done in person at a store?
The other question is does Wificalling work for PAYG users or is this feature only for those on contract?

Cancellation notice can be given by phone, you need to specifically request a migration to PAYG as part of this process. Be aware the migration can only occur in the UK and does not work abroad.
WiFi-calling is available on PAYG.
