Re: EE Roaming - Help when abroad with your EE phone or device

I wonder if anyone can solve a variation of the problem.

I was topped up PAYG on my sim in London before I crossed to the EU and all was functional as per my add-on allowing EU data, txt, voice.

However, my device had outage for a bit during which time I didnt top up (device couldn't be recharged so I wasnt online).

Device fixed and up this morning, I topped up, still abroad in EU and the msg came that 'roaming was lost because it was switched off in my home network'.

This was not the case and for a month, all was fine, confirming correct setup re roaming so I'm assuming this means that the record of me being on-network in UK has been lost, somehow. This might be the result of a device reset that has occurred between topups but the EE record should not have changed regarding my number, surely?

Any observations or experience appreciated.
