What do you want to stop?

Ref. ontopup, A one off top made 22/11 ,They have now taken the same        amount 22/12, They have assumed I want auto payments taken, This is not the case, I made a one off top up  Regards Jeff

@jeff93 : You must have set up a recurring direct card payment. So when your pack renews the amount is auto taken from your card.
