No i just noticed this recently since i only use this no. for WhatsApp and i wasn't able get the otp when trying to sign into WhatsApp. I then checked my ee app which shows that closing adjustment thing of £0.20 after which i did top up but it still doesn't work.

I can't really remember it was quite a long ago since i only use tht no. for WhatsApp.

It sounds like your account is either in hibernation or has been closed due to lack of use.

Yh but i cant contact ee customer care coz every time i dial "150" it says "it looks like you don't have enough credit to make this call" although i did add £5 top-up through the ee app.

Hi @Max66677,
If your account has been closed, you'd need to call Customer Care on 07953 966 150 from another phone.
They'll only be able to reactivate your account if it has been inactive for less than 273 days.
