Hi @doxx

Are you able to purchase your add-on through the add-on hub?

Chris

@Christopher_G : I thought that EE Add-on page only offers data add-ons. Does it do other add-ons?

Yes, it is only data add-ons, @XRaySpeX. The second post mentioning the photo bundle wasn't showing on our system for some reason.

@doxx - If you're having problems adding the photo bundle, I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team.

Chris

Sorry, @Christopher_G , I only just moved user's posts together.

Do you know any text codes for PAYG MMS add-ons? I can't find them anywhere.

No. That link does not work, as reported by other members of this forum too. From within iPhone, latest version, with WiFi  Off via Mobile 4G with full signal.

Nor am I looking for data addon's I want to apply Picture Add-On's.

I'm sorry, but no. I do not have the time to ring a number.

I've only just got off work now, and it's 9PM with the lines closed. I'm fed up of ringing Customer Support lines for everything in today's world. The call centre staff are fed up with it, I'm fed up with it. You'd feel the same way if you had too.

Let's be real here. EE are responsible for the website, yet there is no way to report the error. Nor do I believe the fluff of "We are sorry, we are working on fixing this" -- Chances of anyone reviewing the internal error logs are null. Lets cut the bull.

The website is broken, I am unable to view addon's. I wish to navigate it from my web browser -- Why is this server not available!? Other users have having this issue as seen around the forums so it's a very valid issue and not just me.

Don't want to be disagreeing with you but can you report the issue?

Why is the website broken? Why is that feature not working?  How do I raise a ticket regarding to that part of the website broken?

I'm really fed up with this faff in life. It's 2024.

Use another browser, not Edge or any browser that turns HTTP: into HTTPS: . Chrome works on it.

@XRaySpeX

 I can't.

I noticed HTTP / HTTPS issue and nor can I  access via my browser. Because otherwise I receive.

Please turn off your WiFi

To get access to this platform you need to turn off your WiFi within settings.

And Safari cannot open this page if I try to use iOS.

It's ridiculous. The ability to WiFi hotspot is not possible.

I do know the page you talk about but that doesn't enable me to addon's for picture messaging.
