Hi ~ I would like to ask some questions about pay as you go.
Question 1:I have been using pay as you go's £15 package.
Fixed monthly top up of£15. but if I want to change the package in the future, how do I do it? If I want to choose the£5 package, do I only need to top up my phone by £5 next month?
Question 2:Will I be able to receive text messages and incoming calls if I don't top up my phone number (no balance)? And will the phone number be canceled?

I'm leaving the UK afterward and not renewing my subscription, can I please ask if I can receive a text message or phone call. Secondly, how long does it take to cancel the number?

How did you cancel your a/c? PAYG plans are not cancelled; you just stop using them.
