Proffe of adress

I’m on pay as you go but need to get proff of my adress and phone number but it ain’t on app

Welcome to the community.

If you are on pay as you go, the app won't show you anything as a proof of address. It would only be if you are on a contract that you'd see the address on the bill.

What did you need the proof for?
