Why can’t I change my spend cap online? Have tried but keeps saying unavailable

@Mcookie there isn’t a spend cap on PAYG. A spend cap is to allow up to a a set amount on a contract so you can not go over it to be billed a high bill. It’s a set limit for contract customers. On PAYG you load up with credit and that’s your limit until it’s used up.
