I’ve ordered a pay as you go sim card recently with the plan , i downloaded the app but I can’t see my plan. It says I don’t have one
did i miss something maybe??

I paid £9. I should have 20GB, 500 minutes and unlimited texts.
I did text and it says my balance is £0

Can you please double check your bank to make sure that the £9 for the plan definitely came out?
We offer the option to order, select a plan and top-up later, so there's a chance the payment may not have yet been taken.
