Hi,

I left the country and did not know about the rule that I need to use my phone every 180 days. It has been more than 9 months, so I have crossed the grace period as well however I have whatsapp in this number and this is very important. Can you please help me find a solution to keep my number?

Thank you
Shafi

You no longer have that EE no. All you can do now is obtain a new no. & in What'sApp Settings > Change No.
