Good afternoon, could I ask why it won’t let me register my card to buy a pack?

@EmmacxYou can ask but you don’t say what card it is and this forum doesn’t have access to your EE account to see what the potential issue could be
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

How is it stopping you? What error msgs do you get?
In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE mobile or SIM.
