I bought my last pack 90 days ago, but in my EE account the phone number is still running which means isn´t block or lost
I´m abroad and text balance doesn't work

Yes, have credit on my account to purchase a pack.
No, I don´t receive texts or calls, usually, you get a text from the EE carrier in Spain but that isn´t the case now, and when I tried to call my number it said "no available"
is there any customer service number I can call from abroad?
Also, why is the EE website and personal account not working with the option to buy a pack with the money on my account? is happening for over a week and keep showing the same error
