Credit on phone + 50.5 internet and no internet

Hi I have got a up and running subscription on a pay as go phone which tells me I have unlimited text n calls +50.5gb data but 0.00 credit (£40.00) and can't use data as it says I have none aaaarrrrrggggh please help everything I've tried to do keeps coming up can't help

Have you tried restarting your device. 

What device do you have and are you in the UK.
