Pay as you go subscription packs

Hi there - I want to get a new Subscription Pack - according to the EE website you have both £5 and £10 subscription packs available, but when I try to purchase a £5  pack or a £10 pack by sending a message to 150 I get a reply saying "Sorry I didn't recognise that." and listing all the packs available from £15 each.  I am only in the UK for one more week so don't need more than a £5 pack - but I can't seem to buy it! Help!

Hi @janeolney

Thanks for coming here.

Can you text ALL PACKS to 150, do other packs show as available?

Leanne 🙂

I believe the £5 pack has been discontinued but not the £10 pack which is still on sale on the EE online shop.

@Hamza26 : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I’ve had exactly the same problem. EE states it has packs for as little as £1 but I couldn’t find it anywhere. Like you I wanted the £5 pack which I always used to buy but I’ve had to buy a £10 pack. I’ve wasted at least an HOUR fiddling around on the EE app trying to find information. It’s one of the worst sites I’ve ever used. Sorry I can’t help you but I’ve been looking for help for the same problem!!!

Does EE still do a £5 pay as you go pack? I used to subscribe to this but can’t find it anywhere any more. The App is a nightmare to use.

@Elizabeth101 : Where does EE state it has packs for as little as £1 ? Linky please.

It doesn't! It has packs from £10.

It used to have a £5 pack & even further back it had a £1 pack. However they didn't have much allowance.
