Pay as you go pack

I brought a £10 pay as you go pack sim card just arrived. Still says 0 gb 0 texts and 0 minutes. Anyone know what is happening??

I ordered my SIM card on Monday 2nd Sept, and it arrived yesterday 5th Sept.

Still no £10 credit or bundle added. Shows '0B data' and '£0.00 credit" in the EE app.

Just on a side note, I also did request to keep my previous mobile number from O2 using a PAC code. I still have a brand new number which has not yet changed.
