I brought a £10 pay as you go pack sim card just arrived. Still says 0 gb 0 texts and 0 minutes. Anyone know what is happening??

I'm having the same issue pal. Did you sor yours out?

Unfortunately not, no idea how to contact customer services, it's just a voice recording.

Can someone from ee please private message me. My £10 pack 20gb 500 minutes and unlimited texts isn't coming through been 2 days now. You taken the money out of my bank account.
