Hi, I have moved out of the UK for the time being and don't wish to use my sim at the time. However, as I have canceled my mobile plan, I was still charge with 2 recurring top ups. As you can see, I wish to have those credits refund as I have not used them but at the same time, I have no way to contact EE because I will have to use the credit for abroad call and hence will void the credit refund. Have anyone been in the same situation and can help me figure out what to do ?

@Alex21092 Just stopping the pack doesn’t stop any recurring payments that you’ve set up. You do that yourself and the easiest way is just to stop that direct debit from your bank account. pay as you go to top ups are nonrefundable.

Hello @Alex21092.
Thanks for coming here.
The information provided above is correct, pay as you go Top-Ups are usually non-refundable.
Our customer care team will be able to look into your request.
I'd would also recommend following the advice above to stop any future payments.
Katie 🙂
