Hi I put an order in on the 15/11/2025 and when the delivery got to me I asked for it to be returned back to EE as I did not need the delivery anymore. I have still been getting the charge for the phone on my account and I have not had the money returned for the first down payment of £30 I’m just wondering due to me returning do I still need to pay a bill even though I was told if I returned the phone it would not be charged and I would get a refund and that it would not affect my credit score.

If you've returned the phone within the first 14 days, it will be cancelled from your account once received.
Please get in touch with our team. They will be able to check the return status, any adjustments needed and make sure everything is sorted for you.
