Order says dispatched but I’ve not received delivery information

Hi I placed an order last night as a gift and on the EE app it’s says dispatched but I’ve had no other contact and no details from DPD. As it’s a gift I needed to know that it has 100% been accepted and when it will likely be delivered. I am deaf so cannot call them and the relay app is useless they just put the phone down, can you help me please?

it’s been over a week

plus I have the Royal Mail app and parcel force direct (48 hour)

all I have is a silly order number starting with EE- then when I try to track the delivery it says oops we don’t recognise it
