I hope everything is working now as expected.
If you've made multiple payments that need reviewed, and your number has still not been ported across, contact our Customer Service team, and they'll be able to double check exactly what's happening.

I order the Sim pack on 22nd November. The email also said porting will take place 1 working day. I put the Sim in after midnight, so that's today. When will the porting start as I have had no emails or texts yet

@KT777 : No porting is done over w/ends. It should port within 1 working day of you activating the SIM on EE's network.
