Pay as you go bundle failed to start

Hi for what ever reason my £15 bundle didn't activate like it was ment to after 12 and not knowing this I have now waisted most of the £15 top up I had put on my pay as you go SIM even though I received a text from 150 yesterday stating that it would automatically renew after midnight as long as the funds were on my account, how can I fix this as now by no fault of my own I have used some of the top up and don't have any more money to try and add to retry activating the bundle, please can someone assist me?

Hey there you could ring up CS on 150 and explain the situation. They not garenteed to help you but I’ve heard of them helping people out in situations like this, so think it’s defo worth a try. Thanks
