Recurring Payment Not Working for PAYG Talk & Text Bundle

This is my first month on EE PAYG with recurring card payment to purchase a special £10 Talk & Text bundle for £8.10 (includes £1 discount and 10% discount as per recurring card payment). The recurring payment has not worked and the £8.10 credit is now being depleted. 

What a crap start with EE PAYG and now I only have £6 credit.

Is there an issue with recurring payment?

Welcome to the community.

If you received a text to say that recurring payments had been set up, you certainly should have had the pack in place.

I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call so they can check your account to see what has happened, and look at a resolution.

I got the 10% discount for setting it up so the special offer went from £9 to £8.10.
