I’ve had a pay as you go sim
activated it and successfully got a pack to work. After 30 days it ran out.
I’ve got to get a new pack and it is not working,
“system failure. We are currently experiencing difficulties loading this information, please try again later“
I’ve waited and nothing, so today I topped up £15 thinking this must be the issue. And no. Nothing.
now I have £15 loaded onto the card and cant activate the pack any idea? I really want to be with EE but this is so infuriating I’m going to have to go somewhere else

I have the pack on there now, i had to manually add it so fine for now
But my concern is that will it renew again on the 30th September - are your systems being fixed

I cannot use your SIM which I just bought yesterday.
My EE Mobile page still shows "Current pack System failure We are currently experiencing difficulties loading this information, please try again later", and the reply to my "AL" message to 150 is "Your current balance as of today 02:32 is £15.00. Your last top up was £15.0 on 21/03/2023 at 16:45. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to MyEE. ee.co.uk/"
My iPhone's Settings > General > Informatin > Physical SIM > Network shows "EE", and Carrier shows "EE 53.0".
How can I solve this?
