I’ve just joined EE and had previously paid £20 for a monthly package (payg) however, it’s asking me to top up?? Why would be the need of this.

@Amaanhussain01 packs only last 30 days you then need to purchase a new pack for the following 30 days. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
