Package failed to activate

I just recently moved to UK.i purchase mobile sim for a pound and then top up 20 pounds but the 10 pound package is not getting activated.it shows 20 pound in my credit but no package is activated.i tried different packages to activate but none of the package gets activated and the customer service never picks the call so am highly disappointed with

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Can you text ALL PACKS to 150 and use the text code in the reply to activate the pack you would like, does this work for you?
