Pack not renewed automatically although I have plenty of credit

I have been with EE for several years and for the first time ever my £15 everything pack did not renew automatically yesterday although I have plenty of credit . All my balance shows on the app is my add ons . My call minutes are zero along with texts . Also my boosts gained over several years have disappeared. I called EE on 150 earlier today but not able to help . Maybe a system blip but they were not aware of anything . Very frustrating to say the least . Anyone else had this issue . Can the community offer any help . Much appreciated.

AL tells me zero on everything . They took my money for a new pack on 15/10 . I have called 150 again this evening but unable to solve .
They don’t know what’s happened . Suggested wait until next pack renewal date in November . In the meantime gave me 300 minutes as goodwill . Texting boosts to 150 does nothing .
I don’t know what more I can do other than wait . Not good . The pack I have is very old and my feeling is that it’s been discontinued so won’t renew . It’s a £15 everything pack for £7.50

Thanks John

Looking at the EE App today it states cannot access your updates so EE hopefully are working on the issue . Seems I’m not the only one having issues . I have tried texting NOW to renew my pack but says must top up first but I already have £30 credit . Hopefully my pack will come alive again soon .
