I ordered a PAYG sim online recently, but am wondering how it is normally delivered. The website says 2nd class royal mail service, but it hasn’t arrived after 5 business days. There also does not seem to be any helpline available or tracking service. Please could anyone advise?
Also, is it possible to return the PAYG sim in store or online if I decide to not go ahead with it anymore? If the package is not activated, will I get a full refund?
Thanks

@candybee28 : There is no tracking on Royal Mail deliveries.
If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
