I’m new to EE. Received 2 new sims today and followed the instructions given. I have registered and have an account. I assumed I could put the new mobile numbers in the box and then pay. Not so. Red alert lines saying I cannot do this. Advised to call 150. Can’t do that as my sim is not connected and I have no service. Tried the general number but when I enter the new mobile number it’s not recognised. All my life’s a circle. 😏 Anyone with an answer?

@steviep147 : Are these 2 PAYG data SIMs?
