Hi there, I am just wondering is it possible to use payg and put money through as much as I can or I have to choose a subscription plan ? I still have £5 but I cant make a call or receive any sms. Would be great if u assist me. Thank u

Can you text BALANCE to 150 and post the response to this thread. The text and reply are both free. If you're unable to do this, for whatever reason, you will need to contact EE-CS on 07953 966150 from another working phone.

In Feb 2025 you posted about a problem topping-up your credit - https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Pay-as-you-go/Top-up/td-p/1506554 - if this was the last time you actively used your phone, then that's 13months ago and your SIM will long since have been disconnected.

At which time the OP was on PAYG, not contract as avowed in posts @ 18:27 & 19:24 in this thread. You're right! It's not all adding up. Was a "me too" that was really a "me unlike" 😉!
