Hi @Swift92.

Thanks for coming to the community.

You can request a PAC code over the phone with our team, and I'm sorry this wasn’t completed when you got in touch.
As @XRaySpeX mentioned, if texting 65075 doesn’t work, please get in touch. Our team will be able to help further.

@Swift92  Just text PAC to 65075

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have it tells me it cant give it to me and to contact 150

It is untrue! As you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE SIM & plan.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Do you have more than 1 no. on your EE a/c? If so, you need to call CS & demand your PAC. They cannot withhold it.

Then the 65075 text should work by OFCOM rules. As it isn't still phone CS & demand your PAC.

@Swift92  The only time a PAC is refused is if you’re a contract customer and have an outstanding bill.   Are you 100% sure you are a PAYG customer?  what does your EE account say ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
