Hi team,
I topped up £10 as usual and my usual pack should be 4GB data + around 6GB worth of free boost.
however on the app it shows that I have only got 1GB? Could you please advise?
I know there are these 1GB free data when you top up and would that be the reason why? If so, after i finish the free 1GB will I still have access to my normal 4+6GB data and minutes ?

Hey Leanne,
With the text to 150, it seems fine and it shows I have access to my usual data and minutes (6+4GB) so it must be a glitch in the system on the app ? I’ll revert back if it’s really just 1GB but thanks for your help

MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances. EE are supposed to be looking into it.

You must have read my mind “MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo” I have been wondering?
I have 2 iphones with Pack5 and Pack15 which both show 0GB in MyEE.
My Router on ConnectedSIM says “something has gone wrong.
Although my ipad on a DataSIM 30GB AddOn seems to be displaying OK.
All 4GEE PAYG accounts.
